Description

Sources sought to provide consumable Synthes; Cortex self tapping screws (various sizes), Plates (various sizes and number of holes), and Titanium Buttress pins, VAMC Boise, Boise ID. is seeking businesses interested and capable providing parts detailed below. Please respond via e-mail ONLY. Your response should identify your company name, point of contact with contact information, indicate all areas you are capable of providing service, capabilities statement and identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified. Also state if you currently have a Federal Supply Schedule Contract or a VA contract. Only this minimal information is requested. A Solicitation shall be issued at a later date. The NAICS code for the procurement is 339112 and the small business size standard is 500 People. The Government may elect to award multiple delivery order contracts. Responses are requested no later than 3:00 PM PDT Apr 27, to martin steele@va.gov.
