- Solicitation ALL OFFERORS SHOULD NOTE THE FOLLOWING: The Government will not release Personal Identifiable Information (PII) [i.e. driver Social Security Numbers or home garaging addresses] and vendors should not ask for it. This is a 100% traditional small business set-aside solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 13.5---The due date for responses is 5:00PM EST on 05/07/2010. PRICING PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS: There are multiple purchase requisitions from 5 different offices within CBP that have provided funding for this requirement. Offerors should note that the line items delineated on this SF1449 are for funding purposes only and reflect the different accounting streams provided by all CBP requiring locations to the Contracting Officer. Offerors must submit their quotations for 465 vehicles for the base year and additionally for all 3 option years as follows: Base Year Price: $______________ Option Year 1 Price: $_______________ Option Year 2 Price: $_______________ Option Year 3 Price: $_______________ Total Price Offer: $_______________ TECHNICAL PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS: Offerors must submit a technical proposal that illustrates understanding of the requirement and that entirely conforms to the Statement of Work. This section of the proposal must be no larger than 5 pages front and back. PAST PERFORMANCE INSTRUCTIONS: In addition to the price proposal, please provide the names, addresses and email/phone numbers of no more than three (3) references that the Government may contact to evaluate Past Performance. Failure to respond to Past Performance may result in the Offeror's bid being rejected. The Government reserves the right to evaluate past performance based on information other than the references provided, such as the Past Performance Information Retrieval System and the Contractor Performance System. Responses to this solicitation must be received by either fax at 202-344-1093 or email at Joshua.Bedregal@dhs.gov, no later than 5:00Pm on May 7th, 2010. ATTACHMENTS: Clauses, Statement Of Work, Provisions VENDOR QUESTIONS: All questions in response to this solicitation shall be sent directly to Mr. Bedregal at Joshua.Bedregal@dhs.gov, no later than 4/30/10. Vendors should not expect a direct response; however, an amendment to this solicitation will be posted as soon as all answers to all questions have been received. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to extend the solicitation due date. Offerors should not request or expect an extension of the due date for responses.
