Description
(Subject Continued) MD ARRA PROJECT NUMBERS: 13428, 16749, and 19803 Building 6330: This project will be design-build. Demolish ceiling tiles and grid as necessary to complete work. Some ceiling tiles will be stored and reinstalled after HVAC work is completed. Demolish four air conditioning units and four heating and ventilation units, including all associated valves, appurtenances, circulation pumps, gas lines back to mains, piping back to mains, power, controls, and sections of duct as needed to facilitate the installation of new equipment. Demolish ventilation and exhaust fans serving the first floor locker rooms, mechanical room, storage rooms, and the pool area. Demolish air devices in the gymnasium. Chip, cut, and remove ceilings, floors, and walls as necessary and install three new air handling units and two new heating and ventilation units. Patch, repair, and replace building finishes as necessitated by the scope of this project. Demolish existing pneumatic and DDC controls on all building HVAC systems and install new Lonworks DDC Controls. Coordinate with Trane to integrate the building Lon controls into the Trane Bacnet UMCS. Building 8451: This project will be design-build. Demolish two heating and ventilation units and two exhaust fans serving tworacquetball courts. Demolish all duct, coils, valves, controls, piping back to mains, and electrical power and appurtenances associated with this HVAC equipment. Install two new HVAC systems with rooftop air handling units to serve the two racquetball courts. Patch, repair, and replace building finishes as necessitated by the scope of this project. New controls installed under this project shall be Lon. Coordinate with Trane to integrate the building Lon controls into the Trane Bacnet UMCS.
