THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT, F09CC00318. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary for additional construction services for PCNs 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010 and 011. The estimated price range of this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. It is the Smithsonian's intent to issue a modificiaton to SI Contract No. F09CC00318 with: Biscayne Contractors, Inc., Maritime Plaza II, 1220 12th Street, SE, Suite 130, Washington, DC 20003
