Description

RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Contractor:Win\All Pro (JV), Contract # W912DQ-09-D-1017 The Kansas City District, Corps of Engineers will be issuing a task order award on or about 19 April 2010 for repair of guardrail(Dam\Toe Road), concrete sidewalk repairs(various locations within Park) and septic system work (Rockhaven Park). Work will be performed at Clinton Lake Project, Lawrence, KS and shall consist of removing and repairing damaged guardrails, pouring concrete sidewalks and pad, and septic system upgrades. The contractor shall furnish all manpower, equipment and tools necessary to provide the required services. The NAICS code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $33,500,000.00. This procurement will be a Sole Source award in accordance with FAR Part 19, and DFAR Part 219. Reference is made to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(5) and 10U.S.C. 2304 (c)(5) as the authority for use of other than full and open competition. The magnitude of this construction award is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
