- Description
- General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Contracting and Facilities Division (PGE), is requesting services for Fine Arts Collection Services. Services include but are not limited to: updating works published in the WPA Artwork in Non-Federal Repositories, Edition II book published in 1999 and adding to the collection of those works discovered between 2000-2009. A five year contract consisting of one 12-month base year and four consecutive option years is anticipated in the upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP). THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The applicable North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541340 and the size standard is $7.0M annual gross receipts for a period of three years. The entire solicitation and any amendments will be made available for downloading on or about Monday, April 19, 2010, from the Federal Business Opportunities Website www.FEDBIZOPPS.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation will be made available. Questions will be due by Monday, April 26, 2010 @ 12:00pm. Response to the RFP will be due on or about May 7, 2010. All information required for the submission of an offer will be contained in the electronic RFP. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before being considered for award. Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via Internet at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Offerors will be required to include a completed copy of the Online Offeror Representations and Certifications Application in their proposal. Please refer to http://www.orca.bpn.gov.
