- The Office of Institutional Advancement (IA) at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) operates to support NPS in carrying out its mission. IA is responsible for increasing awareness of NPS throughout the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, other government constituencies, local government, the higher education community, and alumni. IA carries out its mission through a wide variety of outreach formats: publications, brochures, videos, photography, attendance at conferences and more. Increased awareness of NPS and its mission can result in more funding of research and direct dollars as well as the ability to recruit top-notch faculty and staff. IA has a requirement for technical support to develop and produce a high quality video in order to take advantage of the upcoming Centennial finale event in May 2010. This acquisition is being conducted as a set aside for small business in accordance with the provisions of FAR Part 13.
