- Draft Statement of Work This is not a solicitation. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has a requirement for a contractor to provide technical expertise to support the SEC in bolstering its Major Safety, Security and Emergency Management planning and project management capabilities relative to facilities security, national Homeland Security Presidential Directives, and national security regulations and standards. The details of this requirement are included in the attached draft statement of work (SOW). The SEC Headquarters (Station Place) is located in downtown Washington, DC next to Union Station. The SEC Operations Center is located in Alexandria, VA. The SEC's regional offices are located in Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Fort Worth, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Salt Lake City, UT; and San Francisco, CA. An indefinite delivery contract with a hybrid firm fixed price/ time and material pricing structure is anticipated, and the period of performance for this contract will likely include a twelve-month base period with four option years. Respondents must provide capability packages (i.e. marketing material, brochures, cut sheets, etc.) that reflect their ability to meet the requirements indicated in the attached draft statement of work. Contractors shall also provide their GSA schedule contract information, if applicable. Questions and comments regarding the draft SOW shall be submitted via e-mail no later than Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Capability packages shall be submitted no later than 1:00 PM, Friday, April 23, 2010. Capability packages must be submitted by e-mail, fax, or mail to the address below.
