- RFQ SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The office of NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service, Kewalo Research Facility located in Honolulu, HI has a requirement for janitorial services. Detailed information, including statement of work, are included in the solicitation package. Offers will be due April 28, 2010. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561720, size standard $16.5M. A firm fixed price contract will be issued with period of performance commencing approximately June 1, 2010 thru May 31, 2011 with 4 option years. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication. This is a simplified acquisition estimated value not to exceed $100,000.00. ****The Western Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as of October 1, 2003. After this date, NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov. In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
