- Map of Delineated Area - Washington Co, WI REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Washington County Office in West Bend, WI, is interested in leasing approximately 3084 contiguous rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2937 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 3240 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 16 paved parking spaces. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of: North: Highway 33; East: Highway G/River Road; West: 18th Avenue; South: Paradise Road. Other applicable requirements include: - Preference will be given to first floor space. - Others OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required by November 1, 2010. Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing to the address below by 12:00 PM on May 7, 2010 and must include the following information: • Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. • ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. • Date of space availability. • Method of rentable space measurement. • Building ownership information. • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. • List of building services provided.
