- DESCRIPTION U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 8,300 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 7,202 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF CONTIGUOUS OFFICE SPACE AND RELATED SPACE AND 30 SURFACE PARKING SPACES WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire and life safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Buildings shall be of modern design and/or have undergone recent rehabilitation. Space must be contiguous to one floor and shall be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2010 although earlier occupancy is preferred. Preference for "as-is" space that is pre-wired for LAN and telephone and must accommodate systems furniture. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with cancellation rights after five (5) years. DELINEATED AREA: Limits of South Burlington or Williston, VT north and east of I-89. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN APRIL 23, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Building name and address, and location of space in the building Legal description Drawing of space offered ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet Rentable Square Feet Offered Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Fee Number of parking spaces available on the premises Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted Estimated occupancy date considering "as-is" space Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
