Description

Gunther Int'l EP113 Parts Order This is a solicitation announcement, not an invitation for bids. In accordance with FAR Part 12, the Bureau of Census National Processing Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana, intends to award an order to Gunther International for one (1) lot of four-hundred and eight (408) different parts, for a Gunther International Model number EP113 machine located at the Census Bureau in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The Census Bureau intends to award on a sole source basis per 41USC253, 'Only One Responsible Source.' The nominated vendor is the only source for the required proprietary OEM replacement parts. Based on this, the Census Bureau believes no other sources are currently available to fulfill the requirements of this order.
