- The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to negotiate a one-time, sole-source, firm-fixed price contract with LOSA Collaborative, Austin, Texas, under Request for Quote (RFQ) number RFQ-C004257. LOSA Collaborative is to provide the Federal Bureau of Investigation with line operations safety audits. Market research has determined that the Federal Bureau of Investigation's requirement can only be provided by LOSA Collaborative, because this vendor appears to be the only one that conducts these specific audits in accordance with guidance provided from the FAA in Advisory Circular 120-90. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals to this office by 1:00pm EDT, Tuesday, 04/20/2010, to Ms. Theresa M. Powell, the Contracting Officer, via email at Theresa.Powell@ic.fbi.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 541611, and the size standard is $7.0 million. This contract will be awarded as a commercial item in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 12. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
