TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY INDE PMIS # 028059Construction Management Services, Rehabilitate Independence Hall Tower project, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, INDE 028059 THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors awarded Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with the National Park Service (NPS) under Federal Supply Schedules with General Services Administration (GSA) under SIN-871, Professional Engineering Services. This includes ONLY the following BPA Contract Nos: 1443B2000080300 - Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan; 1443B2000080400 - URS Group;1443B2000080500 - HDR Engineering;1443B2000080600 - Alpha Corporation / Sebesta Blomberg & Associates; and1443B2000080700 - The Louis Berger Group / Hill International, Inc. The selected construction management firm will provide on-site inspection, special inspections, administration of the construction contract, office services, and site visits for the Rehabilitate Independence Hall Tower project at Independence National Historical Park, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.. The Construction Management Representative (CMR) is responsible for coordinating the contractor's construction efforts with the park staff's daily operations, and with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The requirements of this notice are provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). In accordance with this Act and the clauses which are contained in the BPA, receipt of award is contingent upon the recipient's meeting the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) under this Act.
