- This announcement replaces the synopsis dated 20 December 2009 entitled "Tank Level Indicators" and NSWCCD Solicitation Number N65540-10-R-0011 released on 04 January 2010 and cancelled on 28 January 2010. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a five year period for Radar Tank Level Indicators (TLIs) and Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) TLIs which shall be used onboard U.S. Naval Ships to measure tank volumes for Diesel Fuel Marine (DFM), Aviation Fuel (JP-5), Potable and Feed Water, Ballast, CHT, Lube Oil, Hydraulic Oil and Waste Tanks. This procurement will also include Uninterruptable Power Supply and Flat Panel Computers for TLI indicating Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers and Input/Output Enclosures and First Article Testing for all components. Only requests made in writing or email will be considered. This is a competitive procurement and will be full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334511 and has a size standard of 750 employees. Award for this requirement shall be made on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. Solicitation will be available to download from FEDBIZOPPS.GOV or NECO.Navy.mil on or after 09 May 2010. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.
