- The Army Contracting Command (ACC) Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command, on behalf of the US ARMY ARDEC office, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is conducting a market survey to seek potential sources capable of providing training aids for the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Directorate located at Picatinny Arsenal NJ. These training aids must be factory original inert US and foreign military items, such as but not limited to various types of Projectiles, Rockets and Mines. Items will be required in quantities of up to two hundred each. Items must be original country of origin manufacture. Replicas of any type, material or method of fabrication are not acceptable. Items must have factory original paint, stenciled markings and stamped markings as appropriate. Interested firms who feel that they are capable of supplying these items are invited to indicate their interest by providing evidence of their capabilities; to include history of previous experience with purchasing these types of items as well as any other pertinent information by May 21, 2010. In addition please provide your companys name, address, point of contact with telephone number, email address and size of business (small/large). This is a market survey to be used for informational planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request For Proposal (RFP), nor does this notice obligate the government to issue an RFP. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. The government is also not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
