This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the UARRSI Structural Aircraft Ground Test Support and on-site test effort to support the HC/MC-130J Recap Program. This will be a fixed price level of effort that will not exceed 100 hours. The qualified contractor must be intimately familiar with operational, structural and interface requirements of the UARRSI and have experience in UARRSI integration and testing. The scope of this effort will involve attendance at test plan working group (TPWG) meetings as required by teleconference, by phone, or by on-site meetings, and to attend the UARRSI Pull Test at Lockheed facility in Marietta GA. The period of performance is not expected to exceed 11 months after issuance of the contract. The contract CLINs will be Technical Support, Travel, and Data deliverables.
