- RECOVERY (ARRA) Award NoticeRECOVERY (ARRA) Frank Carlson Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse 444 S.E. Quincy Topeka, KS 66683 RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project was funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This procurement was made under the Construction Manager (CM) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Work Order Contract for the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. ****ONLY the contractor listed below was permitted to submit a proposal for Work Order No. 50.**** Award was made to Gastinger and Walker Architects, Inc., 817 Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, MO in the amount of $117,010.00. The Federal Service Code is R499 (Construction Management). The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 million. This project provides standard construction management services pertaining to Work Order 50, KS0092ZZ, at the Frank Carlson Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 444 S.E. Quincy, Kansas City, MO 66683. The work to be delivered under this Work Order includes, but is not limited to: inspection of work; assisting with pre-construction services; conducting a preconstruction meeting; handling building occupant coordination issues brought about by construction activities; attending and conducting all preconstruction progress meetings and compiling documentation related to project and project closeout.
