- Responses to questions are as follows: Descriptions of sorts for the following details listed in the Quad Chart for Solicitation Number PFPA04052010 under “Technical Approach” heading are as follows: 1. Personnel Throughput - how many people can the instrument process per hour including scan and analysis time. 2. Manpower Requirements - how many people does it take to operate instrument and include recommendation on how long a screener can conduct analysis before they need to be replaced or refreshed 3. Need for Consumables - what consumable are required, their cost, include any gases, swabs, swipes, calibrants and what is the consumable burn rate per sample size.
