- Provide all labor, equipment and supervision to provide elevator and escalator inspection services at the DOE Headquarters, Forrestal Facility in Washington, DC. All inspections shall conform to the inspection standards set forth under ASME/ANSI A. 17.1 Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators and any other General Services Administration (GSA) standards, to include consideration of recent updates.
