- Solicitation Number SPM4A610R0231, PR0024160472 NSN: 5855012898496, Infrared Receiver, unit of issue is Each (EA) and is in accordance with Part Number 717801509-001 from Lockheed Martin Corporation with Cage 04939, Part Number 717801959-001 from Lockheed Martin Corporation with Cage 04939, Part Number 717801959-001from BAE Systems Information with Cage 81395, Part Number 3123549-1 from Raytheon Company with Cage 96214, and Part Number 717801959-001 from AIM Infrarot-Module GMBH with Cage D1597. End Item Application: Various aircraft including the F-15 and F-16 and Missle launching systems. Solicitation will be issued as an Unrestricted, Firm Fixed One Time Buy without a quantity option requirement since the current requirement will fill the current demand, at Other than Full and Open procedures. No commercial item determination is needed as this item is not commercial per SAP 08 April 2010. The quantity requested for this requisition is 10. Cost and pricing data is not required as the requirements of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Progress payments will not be included as this requisition has not met the requirements. Economic Price Adjustment is not applicable. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. Required delivery is 225 days. PR Line 0001 for a quantity of 10 will be delivered to New Cumberland, PA. This item is a critical application item but not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP 08 April 2010. ABVS applies. NSN will not be evaluated for a new LTC package since there is not a consistent demand for this item. The synopsis will be issued on 08 April 2010. Solicitation will be issued 21 April 2010. Closing date will be 21 May 2010. Estimated award date is 04 June 2010. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
