- Provide two floating plants described as spud or self-elevating barges fully equipped with fuel, operator, crew, and provision for collecting and lawful disposal of wastes; including waste oils, drilling fluids, sewage, etc., accumulated during this work. Contractor will collect marine sediment samples within and adjacent to the Pascagoula Harbor located in Pascagoula, Mississippi and selected locations in the vicinity of the Mississippi Barriers Islands. The Barrier Island locations will include the Gulfport Navigation Channel, an area in Mississippi Sound north of West Ship Island, an area immediately east of Cat Island and areas south of the islands that will extend from Ship Island Pass eastward to Petit Bois Pass. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 532490. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $7,000,000.00 million for the past (3) years.
