- Sources Sough Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to update the Sources Sought as outlined below. The contractor shall start work immediately upon receipt of the contract. In order for a company to be considered technically acceptable, the contractor must: i) Be trained in installation and repair of data 911 computers (mobile data terminals). ii) Be certified to perform work on Motorola brand radios. iii) Be able to work on at least two Government vehicles at one time. To include fire truck which are 50L x 15H x15W. iv) Be able to securely store at least two Government vehicles at the contractors location indoors when stored overnight. v) Have a warranty on installation of the items put into Government vehicles. vi) Fill out warranty information cards for all items that have warranties. vii) Submit background checks on all employees who will work near or on Government vehicles. The employees must have favorable background checks- this includes, no warrants, terroristic activities, or felonies. viii) Employees must have a valid drivers license in order to drive or operate a Government vehicle A copy of the updated Sources Sought is attached. Responses to this notice are limited to five (5) pages, single sided, size 12 font and shall be e-mailed to the Contract Specialist, Kyle Swift at kyle.p.swift@us.army.mil. Please submit any questions in writing. All responses must be received no later than 5:00pm Mountain Time on 9 April 2010.
