Description

RECOVERY - ENERGY EFFICIENCY UPGRADES - DIRECT DIGITAL CONTROLS/BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM DDC - (BAS) - AT THE BONNEVILLE POWER ADMINISTRATION (BPA) 905 AND GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) 911 BUILDINGS IN PORTLAND, OREGON. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL BE A TASK ORDER ISSUED AGAINST AN EXISTING FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE PROGRAM, SCHEDULE 84 - TOTAL SOLUTIONS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT, SECURITY, FACILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, FIRE, RESCUE, SPECIAL PURPOSE CLOTHING, MARINE CRAFT AND EMERGENCY/DISASTER RESPONSE, USING SPECIAL ITEM NUMBER (SINS) 246-42-2, FACILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, AND 246-50, ANCILLARY SERVICES, AT THE BPA 905 AND GSA 911 BUILDINGS IN PORTLAND, OREGON. This is not a Request for Proposal. The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain the necessary services to provide a new and updated building management system for both buildings for this Recovery-funded project. The resultant task order will be awarded to a previously competed Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) schedule contract holder for the Special Item Numbers identified above, Johnson Controls, Inc., 4011 SE International Way, Milwaukee, Oregon. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code of 238220, Product Supply Code (PSC) Z111.
