- The Naval Sea Systems Command anticipates awarding a sole source facilities restoration contract to Alliant Techsystems, Inc., Rocket Center, WV for the restoration of Government-owned buildings, utilities, and facilities located at the Allegany Ballistic Laboratory (ABL) in Rocket Center, WV. This solicitation is contemplated as a sole source procurement with Alliant Techsystems, Inc., as this firm is currently the operator of this Government-owned facility.
