- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued 2840-01-524-4332 0025793006, Turbine Rotor Blade. This is a configuration control item source controlled to GE (99207) Part number 6051T72G02, unrestricted, ABVS applies, FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. This is a CSI item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity 1920 each All pieces are to be delivered in 220 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 04/09/10 with a closing date of 04/15/10. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerers -- Commercial applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must included a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4. Contract Terms and Conditions-- Commercial items applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statutes or /Executive Orders--Commercial Items applies to the acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition This is a re-solicitation from a previous Simplified Procurement based on increase in quantity.
