- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): GENCO INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS INC W911S0-07-C-0004 This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price type because uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price contract. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2). THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This opportunity was available only to the Contractor under Contract Number W911S0-07-C-0004. The Basic Contract has already been competed and awarded as a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee Contract. This modification (P00058) will require the Contractor to provide minor repairs under the Individual Job Orders under the Base Operations Contract, Fort Lee VA. Mod P00058, CLIN 3002AB in the amount of $337,896.80. This work is issued under an Individual Job Order for work in NEC-Building 8045.
