- TITLE: 1560, TRAILING EDGE, AIRCRAFT, F-4 AIRCRAFT PR: 0024870500, ISSUE DATE: 23 APRIL 2010; CLOSING DATE: 24 MAY 2010 NSN: 1560-00-986-7680; PR: 0024870500; Item: Trailing Edge, Aircraft; P/N: 32-21150-311. The item intended source are: General Dynamics Armament (CAGE 17996) P/N 32-21150-311, Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth, (CAGE 32818) P/N 32-21150-311, Boeing Company (CAGE 76301) P/N 32-21150-305 and Honeycomb Company Of America, Inc. (CAGE 99115) P/N 32-21150-311. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition, however requires engineering source approval by the design control activity. Any manufacturer, other than General Dynamics Armament (CAGE 17996) P/N 32-21150-311, Triumph Fabrications - Fort Worth, (CAGE 32818) P/N 32-21150-311, Boeing Company (CAGE 76301) P/N 32-21150-305 and Honeycomb Company Of America, Inc. (CAGE 99115) P/N 32-21150-311, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an UNRESTRICTED Firm Fixed Price contract for 30 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Export Control and Configuration Control. Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Mylar apply. The following terms apply: FOB Destination; Inspection / Acceptance Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: Tracy, CA 953047-5000. The First Article is due 196 days from date of award (ARO). Production delivery will be 196 days after first article acceptance (DAFAA). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be April 23, 2010 with a closing date of May 24, 2010.
