Description

RECOVERY - The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requests proposals for a Pre-Engineered, Turnkey, Photovoltaic System at the Connecticut River Coordinators Office located in Sunderland (Franklin Co.), Massachusetts. This procurement is unrestricted. The work under this project consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, testing and supervision necessary to provide and install a photovoltaic system to provide renewable electric power to an existing 5,200 square foot office building. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000. and $100,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 221119. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The solicitation package including technical specifications, drawings, and proposal documents will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about April 22, 2010. Proposals will be due on May 20, 2010. Interested contractors must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov, to be eligible for award. Department of Labor Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply to this work.
