- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst New Jersey is issuing this combined Synopsis/Request For Quote (RFQ) N68335-10-T-0122 for McMaster Carr Hoist Rings as follows: P/N 2949T33 – 168 each, and P/N 3145T23 – 177 each. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quotes issued for this requirement. Quotes are being requested in response to this synopsis. A separate solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall include the unit price and total price for each line item, a total price for all items, and must also include a delivery date. Delivery is FOB Destination to Lakehurst, NJ. Inspection/Acceptance at Lakehurst, NJ. Required Delivery Date is not later than (NLT) 90 days after receipt of order (ARO). Earlier delivery is strongly encouraged. Quotes are due by COB listed on this notice. No Friday deliveries. Quotes shall list all detailed information regarding Company Name, Address, Point(s) of Contact and alternate, phone and fax Numbers, EMAIL address, Cage Code and Federal Tax ID Number. Quotes must be submitted in writing via FAX @ 732-323-1958 to the Government POC listed as Barbara Davidowich by the closing date. Any email messages forwarded must include the solicitation number N68335-10-T-0122 – Hoist Rings in the subject line. All contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Contractors not registered will not be eligible for award of a Government Purchase Order. For CCR information contact the registration center at 888-227-2432 or on line at www.ccr.gov. Invoice and Payment are IAW (WAWF) Instructions (NOV 2006), contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Receipt and Acceptance, Invoice and Payment System to be eligible for an award.
