Description
Amendment No. 1 has been posted on www.FedConnect.net. RECOVERY - National Oregon Trail Interpretive Center (NHOTIC) Chip Seal. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public. This project was previously announced under Solicitation No. L09PS01037 on August 4, 2009. The solicitation number is hereby changed from L09PS01037 to L10PS01894. It was later determined necessary to delay the issuance of the solicitation until early 2010. As a result the following information is revised as follows: Treasury Accounting Symbol for this project is TAS::14 1112::TAS The work consists of chip sealing all existing asphalt to include roads, parking areas, and work/shop sites. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 238990. The project site is located at the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center (NHOTIC), Baker City, Oregon. Estimated start work date is September 1, 2010, and performance time is 61 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
