- The Oregon Army National Guard intends on Sole Sourcing a Firm Fixed Price Contract on or about April 5, 2010 to IRA Green Inc to strike 41st IBCT CSIB badges. IRA Green Inc will be the primary vendor used by the ORARNG for providing these Badges. IRA Green Inc is the only company to possess the approved dies for this project.
