- Description
- Description. The VAMC, Walla Walla, is soliciting quotes from qualified SDVOSB firms to renovate existing space to provide a clean supply room in Building 135; to provide storage rooms in Building 69 Room 140 and Building 86 Room 327; and to renovate the morgue in the basement of Building 86 to provide both a break room and a storage room. Work will generally consist of demolition of existing features, remodeling of the space to include ceiling tiles, flooring, patching and painting, electrical and plumbing. The clean room in Building 135 will require a new HVAC system to be provided and installed by the successful contractor. This is not a solicitation. The solicitation with a complete set of specifications and drawings will be issued on or about April 16, 2010. Quotes from responsive and responsible SDVOSB firms may be considered for award. All firms submitting a quote for consideration must be registered at www.ccr.gov and www.vetbiz.gov.
