- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. STATEMENT OF WORK PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) FOR Fort Bragg Bar Coding/Inventory System Contract Preparing Organization: U.S. Army Signal Network Enterprise Center Fort Bragg 1. Background: Director of Information Management, Logistics Branch purchased Software licenses for Custom Application to interface with existing Remedy warehouse system. The Barcoding/Inventory System allows Logsitics on a daily basis to complete the following functions : a. Receiving Inventory Ability to update the Inventory System when items are received via scanners b. Inventory Location Moves Ability to update the Remedy Inventory System on inventory items that are being moved from one location to another through barcoding and use of scanners c. Cycle counts and recounts Ability to enter counts and recounts through the scanner and update the cycle count module d. Inventory Queries Query the system via scanners e. Issuing inventory Material Only (ability to update the Remedy Inventory System when items are issued via scanners 2. Scope: a. Vendor will provide Maintenance coverage on breakages/fixes with the software as well as access to all upgrades. Support on the application software allows changes to be made up to three times per year. Telephone support will be provided for problems, discrepancies or errors. b. Technical support shall provide Licensee with hotline telephone and email consultation during the hours of 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays recognized by the United States federal government. c. Licensee will receive any Maintenance Releases and/or Upgrades made available during the maintenance period. Any Upgrades released during the maintenance period shall be made available for electronic download to Licensee. Vendor shall provide Licensee with instructions regarding registration for such electronic downloads. When a Maintenance Release or Upgrade is available for download, Licensee will receive an electronic communication from vendor indicating such availability. 3.
