Description

Standard Form 1442 for Westover JCC Solar Project Standard Form 30 - AMENDMENT 0001 for Westover JCC Solar Project The purpose of AMENDMENT 0001 is to correct the original Standard Form (SF) 1442 Block 13B to reflect that "An offer guarantee (bid bond) IS REQUIRED" with the offeror's proposal. In accordance with page 37 of 62, sub-section I.9 52.228-1 BID GUARANTEE (SEP 1996), (c) the amount of the bid guarantee shall be 20 percent of the bid price or $3,000,000.00, whichever is less. All other information within the original SF 1442 remains unchanged. Please replace the original with this corrected copy and include this along with the SF 30 Amendment 0001 when you submit your proposal. Questions and Answers (Q&As) are being addressed at this time and will be provided in an amendment by 4/9/10 on FBO.
