Description

RECOVERY--PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR BRAHMA ENGINEERING, INC. UNDER THE CURRENT ROOFING CONTRACT# FA4610-05-D-0003 AT VANDENBERG AFB, CA. The scope of work for this project includes: Remove existing clay tiles; Remove all counter flashings, roof to wall, valley and edge metal; Remove existing roof vents and fill in penetrations with 18 gage flat stock; Mechanically attach 2" ISO insulation to all roof vent penetrations; Install 4 mil base sheet to entire roof area; Install 10 mil granulated interply sheet; Install galvanized full run tie down tile wires; Install Capri clay tiles and wire each tile to main tie down; Install valley flashings and all counter flashings; Remove all debris generated by above scope of work; and Perform Post Acceptance Inspection.
