- Description
- Draft SOW and Questionnaire Title: Provide and Operate Vessel in Support of U.S. Coast Guard’s Aviation Training Program Description: This is a sources sought/request for information for the U.S. Coast Guard aviation training program for Air Station San Francisco and Air Station Sacramento. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. The purpose of this announcement is to solicit industry information to aid the government in the development of the acquisition plan and in no way obligates the government. The U.S. Coast Guard seeks to identify if potential sources exist to provide and operate a vessel (or vessels), provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, fuel, and equipment to support helicopter hoisting and helicopter weapons training (also known as Airborne Use of Force training) with Air Station San Francisco; and fixed-wing aerial delivery evolutions by Air Station Sacramento. Please review the attached Request For Information (RFI) which includes a Statement of Work (SOW) and Questionnaire. Please provide feedback on the feasibility of the SOW. Additional questions are included in a questionnaire at the end of the document. The questionnaire includes a few specific questions; however companies are not limited to only responding to the questionnaire and are encouraged to provide additional feedback on the SOW and capability statements. Note: If your company cannot meet all of the requirements in the SOW please identify what you can and cannot meet. The SOW is a draft and is subject to revisions from information provided by industry and changing government needs. The goal of this RFI is to determine if the required services are customarily available in the commercial market and, if so, to determine the most suitable method for acquiring the services.
