- J & A for Non-Competitive Action for the purchase of three 7500 FAST DX upgrades and three Service Plans KIT, UPGRADE 7500 FAST DX PART# 4406987 Includes the following: - Introductory letter - Components necessary for the upgrade - Precision plate holder for tubes/strips - Software kit - User manuals - Instrument service provided by a certified service engineer (Instrument recalibration and performance verification, Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ), and instrument relabeling indicating it is cleared for in vitro diagnostic use (IVD). SERVICE PLAN (7500 FAST DX UPGRADE) FOR THREE INSTRUMENTS PART# ZGD1-SC7500FAST DX Includes the following: - Parts, labor and travel for remedial repair. - Two scheduled instrument Operational Qualification (OQ/PQ) service visits per instrument at no additional cost to the customer during the plan period, as required. Any re-calibration and performance qualification after major repairs that occur duing the plan period. - No charge for annual planned maintenace visit(s). - Guaranteed priority response time of 2 business days after receipt of service call for remedial repair of instruments located in AB's service zones 1 and 2. If AB fails to arrive at the instrument location within Zone 1 and 2 within 2 business days for reasons other than customer's failure to provide access to AB or causes beyond the reasonable control of AB, AB will provide the customer a service plan renewal credit in an amound equivalent ot one day's pro-rated charge for each day AB's response is late. - Target response time of 2 business days for remedial repairs outside of Zones 1 and 2. AB will use reasonable efforts to respond within 2 business days from receipt of a service call. - Priority telephone and email access to instrument technical support - Telephone and email acess to application technical support - Instrument recalibration as required Period of Performance: 12 months after acceptance of Clin 0001 This requirement was awarded on a Non-Competive basis; Sole source with FAR part 6.302-7 as the exception for Synopsis.
