Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. "THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION"; This Request for Quotation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. Only offers received from certified small businesses will be considered for award. NAICS 332999, All other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing, size standard of 500 people applies. A firm-fixed-price purchase order is the anticipated result of this effort. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple, or no awards resulting from this solicitation. The following components make up Hazardous Material Pallet Racks. Delivery address - Marine Corps Logistics Command, Bldg 2200, SR 8 Door 7, Maintenance Center Albany, GA 31704. CLIN 0001: Upright Frame, Strong Double welded upright frame that must support up to 34,800 lbs per frame, Depth Inches: 42, Height Inches: 192, Welded braces for maximum rigidity and stability, Frame Size shall be 192" high x 42" deep, Column Size 3" Structural Channel, Frame shall have holes punched on 4" centers, frame load capacity shall be a minimum of 34,800 lbs, frame color: gray. QTY (64) EA. CLIN 0002: Upright Frame, Strong Double welded upright frame that must support up to 34,800 lbs per frame, Depth Inches: 42", Height Inches: 144, Welded braces for maximum rigidity and stability, Frame size shall be 144" high x 42" deep, Column Size 3" Structural Channel, Frame shall have holes punched on 4" centers, frame load capacity shall be a minimum of 34,800 lbs, frame color: gray. CLIN 0003: Pallet support Requirements, Bolted style pallet supports, Support Specification: must be bolted style with pre-drill holes, must have 4 per pair of beams, Capacity: 4 together must equal the load of a pair of beams (8,000 lbs), Color: gray, QTY (514) EA CLIN 0004: Rack Beam Requirements: Beam specifications High strength, 4" Structural Channel, Beam to accommodate cross supports for pallets, must use two heavy bolts per connection to upright frames, CLEAN SPAN: 54", Capacity per pair(8,000 lbs), Color: gray, QTY (128) PAIRS CLIN 0005: Pallet Rack Wall Ties Requirements, Wall tie Specifications: width 4"inches, depth 12" inches, Color Finish: gray, Construction: Structural Steel, QTY (128).
