- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Department of Veterans' Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) located in San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source with PRESCO a Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), to provide all labor, materials and equipment for the bathroom deodorizing services, and drip system to toilets and urinals; as specified in the contract and in accordance with all terms and conditions. Interested contractors may respond with details of their technical capability. All information received by 2 p.m. EST, March 12, 2010, will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS 561720 with a size standard of $12.0M. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties may request a copy of the Statement of Work prior to the closing date of this notice.
