Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Imperial, Nebraska, is interested in leasing approximately 3833 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3650 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 3833 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of 739 Road to the North; 331 Avenue to the West; 737 Road to the South; and SW ¼ SW ¼ S34 T7 R38, W ½ W ½ S3 T6 R38 to the East. Preference will be given to first floor contiguous space. Occupancy is required on or before January 1, 2011.
