RECOVERY TAS::14 1041::TAS CRCR PMIS #156772THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS PREVIOUSLY AWARDED A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (CM) SERVICES WITH THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, DENVER SERVICE CENTER [Blanket Purchase Agreement Nos. B2000080300-Post Buckley Schuh & Jernigan (PBS&J); B2000080400-URS Group, Inc. (URS); B2000080500-HDR Engineering, Inc. (HDR); B2000080600-Alpha Construction and Engineering Corporation (Alpha-Sebesta); and B2000080700-The Louis Berger Group, Inc. (Berger-Hill)]. THEREFORE, THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE IS NEITHER REQUESTING NOR ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FROM ANY OTHER INTERESTED FIRMS. This procurement is subject to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5) (Recovery Act/ARRA). Receipt of award is contingent upon the offeror's meeting the requirements of Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act. The selected firm will provide Construction Management (CM) Services for the project "Design-Build Crow Creek Tribal School Replacement Project" located on the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe Reservation at Stephan (Hyde County), South Dakota, 57346-6120 (CRCR-156772). Construction Management (CM) Services will include on-site construction inspection(s), office services, and site visits in support of the project. The proposed Call Order Number is A2011101235.
