Description
The General Services Administration currently leases approximately 9,679 occupiable square feet of with 15 secured parking spaces in a two story office building in Bakersfield, CA. The lease term is 10 years, 10 years firm. The GSA request alternative offers for comparable space within the designated boundaries in Bakersfield, CA. Alternative offers must include full cost of relocating the Government agency, building out the alternate space to government specifications and full replacement and installation of voice, text and data communications equipment and wiring. The building must also conform to seismic requirements for new construction of the current code (as of the date of this ad). The Government reserves the right to determine if alternative offers are acceptable and may reject any or all offers and exercise its occupancy rights at the current location.
