Description

Maida CM Solicitation Document RECOVERY. The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Design and Construction Programs, Land Ports of Entry-Special Programs Office (PCBG) intends to negotiate a competitive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside contract with all eligible SDVOSB's for Construction Management Services (CM) for the design and construction of a United States Land Port of Entry (LPOE) along the Norther Border at Maida, North Dakota. This SDVOSB set-aside is made pursuant the Veterans Benefit Act of 2003 (15 USC 657f) and the offers will only be accepted from SDVOSB certified firms. Solicitation GS-00P-10-CYC-0090 is issued using competitive procedures pursuant to FAR 19.1405. This is a solicitation for offers and a firm-fixed price award will be made. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 236220, Product Service Code (PSC) of C214.
