Description

RECOVERY - The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requests proposals for Security/Hatchery Alarm System Upgrade at the Green Lake National Fish Hatchery located in Ellsworth (Hancock Co.), Maine. This procurement is unrestricted. The work under this project consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to install an alarm system(s) that will upgrade the existing alarm systems and associated components. Work includes alarm panels, keypads, communication system, fisheries related sensors, life safety/security sensors, and related wiring. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000. and $100,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561621. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The solicitation package including technical specifications and proposal documents will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about April 14, 2010. Proposals will be due on May 12, 2010 by 4:00 pm (EST). Interested contractors must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov, to be eligible for award. Department of Labor Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply to this work.
