- Solicitation GS-07P-10-UF-CX020b GSA is seeking sources capable of performing and elevator modernization project involving the following: (a) Furnish and install one (1) new passenger hydraulic elevator No. 1 in the Federal Parking Garage (NM0037ZZ), Albuquerque, NM and (b) remove existing elevator equipment and provide and install two (2) electric gearless elevators and required equipment for elevators operating in this seismic zone at the Federal Building located at 421 Gold (NM0502AQ), Albuquerque NM. All work performed under this contract shall meet or exceed the current ASME-A17.1 Elevator Code, the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS), and the Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG). The project number is RNM07003-RNM03019. The magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS Code is 238290 and the size standard is $14 million. It is anticipated that this project will take approximately one (1) year if both buildings are done concurrently and two (2) years if each building consecutively. Award of any resulting procurement will be based on a source selection, best value to the government, methodology. See attached solicitation package.
