- The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has awarded a competitive task order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with the National Resource Center Domain D # 3 master contract holder, The Lewin Group Inc. This task order is for Support for Marketing and Outreach in Region Extension Centers (RECs) for the Health Information Technology Research Center (HITRC) on behalf of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) to support the Regional Extension Centers (RECs) funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.. This project was competed on a cost-reimbursement basis. There are many uncertanties involved in contract performance that do not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to issue a fixed price task order.
