Description
The Marine Corps Logistics Command(MCLC) in Albany, Georgia intends to solicit and negotiate a firm fixed price Purchase Order for the Hydraulic Test Bench (no known Part Number), IAW Statement of Work that will be attached to the Request for Quote when solicitation is posted to FedBizOpps (FBO).The Hydraulic Test Bench is used to test, repair, and trouble shoot the LAV familyof hydraulic vehicles such as, MK-48, MK-17, AAV and M-88 Hercules hydraulic components. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside. Acquisition will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial procedures and FAR 13.5. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 April 2010 with a response due date of 14 May 2010. The requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 334519; Size standard is 500 employees. Requirement is for the quantity of 2 each. Delivery schedule: 60 days after contract award; Ship to: M93636(Barstow, CA); FOB: Destination. NO DRAWINGS OR SPECIFICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY. The proposed items shall include all freight and handling charges, placement, commissioning of unit, warranty, and training. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which shall be considered. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the government to evaluate an offeror's ability to provide this item without the government providing technical data.
