- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP06021000013 for the provision of providing Psychiatry Services at the Federal Correctional Institution Dublin, California. The contractor must provide psychiatric services to patients in a correctional setting. The Psychiatrist must have a doctorate degree and be licensed in the State of California. It is estimated the contract will include 48 weeks of Psychiatrist services @ 6 hours per week per contract year with an additional 2 hours of phone contact per week. A session will be defined as one hour. Estimated total sessions per year is 288 for onsite and 24 for phone contact. The contract period shall consist of one 12-month base year and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The solicitation will be available on or about April 7, 2010, and will be distributed solely through the website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. The anticipated receipt of quotes is April 28, 2010. The NAICS code is 621112 with a size standard of $9,000,000. The solicitation will be 100% total small business set-aside. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
