- RECOVERY - This notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ("ARRA"), the Grunley Construction Inc. existing contract #GS-11P-05-MKC-0036 was modified under Modification PC67 for all labor, material, and supplies for the ARRA required High Performance Green Building (HPGB) Upgrades and replacement items on the Mary E. Switzer Modernization project, located in Washington, DC. This was fully funded by the ARRA in the amount not to exceed of $ 7,897,674.84. This project is a complete modernization project to create a HPGB Class A office facility.
